Job Responsibilities:

Agency Channel:

Identify and recruit potential insurance agents/advisors.

Build and maintain relationships with agents and prospective customers.

Explain life insurance products, benefits, and policy features.

Support agents in generating leads and converting prospects into customers.

Participate in local market visits, networking, and business development activities.

Assist agents in achieving sales targets and improving productivity.

Direct Channel:

Generate business through direct customer acquisition, calling, references, and networking.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

Explain policy benefits, coverage,



premium options, and product features.

Build solid customer relationships and provide post-sales support.

Work towards achieving assigned monthly and annual business targets.
