Role & responsibilities

- Remote monitoring and troubleshooting of solar PV plants and BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) assets.
- Create and manage operation tickets to track issues.
- Prepare daily and periodic operation reports.
- Perform data extraction and data analytics to optimize plant performance.
- Work in rotational shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night schedules.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Engineering degree or M.Sc in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation & Control (I&C;), Mechatronics, or Environmental Engineering/Science.
- Experience: 12 years of relevant experience specifically in solar power plants.
- Technical Skills: Strong IT background and deep proficiency in Microsoft Office / MS Excel.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English communication; knowledge of German or Japanese is a solid plus.
- Traits: Proactive approach, quick learner, and comfortable working from a central office monitoring center.
