- 100% Leads will be provided by branch.
- Generate new business through direct sales of Life Insurance products.
- Identify prospective customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, terms, and conditions to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings and follow up on sales leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Convert leads into successful policy sales.
- Assist customers with proposal forms, documentation, and policy issuance.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Ensure timely premium payments and support policy persistency.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM system.
- Follow company policies, sales processes, and applicable IRDAI regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate.
- Only Experienced candidates can apply.
- Valuable communication & convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Smartphone with internet required.
