Job Description Dojo Training Manager

Department: Training & Development / Manufacturing
Location: Hyderabad Plant

Experience: 5–8 years in manufacturing training, preferably in electronics or automotive industries.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related discipline.

Job Purpose

To manage the Dojo Training Centre and develop employees’ technical skills, process knowledge and competency to ensure secure, quality-focused and efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and manage the Dojo Training Centre, including training equipment, workstations and visual training materials.
- Develop and deliver technical and practical training programs for operators, technicians and new joiners.
- Prepare and maintain training modules, skill matrices and competency assessment records.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and HR teams to identify training needs.
- Conduct practical assessments and ensure employees are certified before independent deployment, as per plant requirements.
- Implement training programs on SOPs, quality standards, ESD, safety,



5S and process-specific requirements.
- Monitor training effectiveness and support reduction of operator errors, defects and rework.
- Maintain training records, prepare training MIS and ensure audit compliance.
- Drive multiskilling, Train-the-Trainer initiatives and continuous improvement of training processes.

Key Skills

- Experience in manufacturing training and skill development.
- Knowledge of Dojo training, skill matrix and competency assessment.
- Good communication, presentation and coordination skills.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, ESD, safety and 5S.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Training plan completion and employee training coverage.
- Competency certification and skill matrix compliance.
- Training effectiveness and reduction in operator-related defects.
- Multiskilling and audit compliance.

Preferred: Experience in setting up or managing a Dojo Training Centre in an electronics or automotive manufacturing plant.
