Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) on welds, pipes, pressure vessels, and other industrial components.

- Operate PAUT equipment, scanners, and encoders and ensure proper calibration before inspection.

- Prepare and verify scanning plans, calibration setups, and inspection parameters as per approved procedures.

- Conduct weld inspections in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.

- Interpret inspection data, identify and evaluate indications, and prepare accurate inspection reports.

- Maintain equipment, calibration records, scanning data, and other required documentation.

- Coordinate with site supervisors, quality teams, and client representatives.

- Follow site safety procedures and quality requirements.





- Travel and work at project locations across India as required.

Candidate Requirements:

- 48 years of relevant experience in PAUT inspection.

- Diploma / ITI / relevant technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, as applicable.

- Practical experience operating PAUT equipment and performing weld inspections.

- ASNT Level II or equivalent PAUT qualification preferred; candidates must meet the certification requirements of the applicable project.

- Ability to interpret inspection data and prepare reports.

- Willingness to travel and work at different industrial sites across India
