Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Advisor to guide patients during their initial consultation and help them understand treatment plans. The role involves handling inbound & outbound calls, patient counselling, and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls for patient engagement
Explain treatment plans and procedures to patients
Counsel patients and drive conversions
Address patient queries and objections professionally
¢ Collect feedback post consultation
¢ Coordinate with internal teams for better patient experience

Requirements:
¢ Positive communication & persuasion skills
¢ Experience in sales / counselling / customer service
¢ Comfortable with outbound calling & conversions
¢ Ability to handle objections and build trust
