Role & responsibilities

- On-Site Capture: Shoot high-quality raw video, audio, and photos of daily business activities, events, behind-the-scenes, team interactions, and product/service highlights.
- Short-Form Video Editing: Conceptualize, trim, color-correct, add audio/trending music, captions/subtitles, and engaging visual graphics for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
- Content Planning: Collaborate with the marketing/strategy team to brainstorm creative hooks, reel ideas, and script outlines.
- Audio Management: Ensure clear voice pickup using clip-on wireless mics during shoots and balance sound/voiceovers in post-production.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on current social media trends, viral audio, and platform-specific feature updates to maximize organic reach.

Key Skills:Shooting:



High proficiency in smartphone videography (iPhone/high-end Android), handheld gimbals, lavalier/wireless mics, and portable lighting. (Full DSLR camera setup experience is a bonus, but mobile shooting is often faster for daily business activities).

Editing: Robust command of short-form editing apps (CapCut, VN Editor) and industry tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Social Trends: Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, trending audio, viral formats, and hook-based storytelling.

Interpersonal Skills: Comfortable interviewing employees/clients, directing people on camera, and operating dynamically during active business operations.
