We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented PPC Executive with 2 to 5 years of experience specializing in the Cutting and Stitching processes of Home Textiles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production workflows to ensure that orders are executed efficiently, cost-effectively, and delivered on time while meeting quality standards.

Production Planning & Scheduling

- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for the cutting and stitching lines based on order delivery dates.
- Release cutting and stitching plans to the shop floor, ensuring optimal capacity utilization of machinery and manpower.
- Analyze material requirements (MRP) and coordinate with the procurement/stores team to ensure fabric and trims (zippers, threads, labels) are available before production starts.

Shop Floor Control & Monitoring

- Track real-time production progress against the planned schedule in the cutting and stitching departments.
- Identify bottlenecks, line imbalances, or delays on the stitching floor and implement immediate corrective actions.




- Conduct daily PPC meetings with production supervisors and floor managers to review targets and resolve constraints.

Data Management & Reporting

- Maintain accurate production logs, including daily cutting reports, stitching yields, and pieces completed.
- Update ERP/SAP systems regularly with production data, order status, and material consumption.
- Generate KPIs reports, such as Line Efficiency, Capacity Utilization, Plan vs. Actual variance, and Rejection Rates.

Inventory & Cost Control

- Monitor fabric consumption during the cutting process to minimize wastage and ensure maximum marker efficiency.
- Reconcile issued material against finished goods and work-in-progress (WIP) inventory.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of core PPC experience specifically managing cutting and stitching operations in a Home Textile setup.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ERP software .
- Advanced skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas) for data analysis.
- Robust understanding of garment/home textile construction, sewing line balancing, and SAM (Standard Allowed Minutes) calculation.
