Role & responsibilities

- Review electrical drawings, layouts, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
- Plan and supervise day-to-day electrical installation activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with Civil, Architectural, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other MEP teams to avoid clashes and project delays.
- Supervise installation of lighting, small power, DBs, electrical panels, cable trays, trunking, conduits, power/control cabling, emergency lighting, earthing, ELV systems, and electrical equipment.
- Ensure all electrical installations are executed as per approved shop drawings, method statements, material specifications, and project standards.
- Inspect materials delivered to site and verify compliance with approved material submittals.
- Monitor subcontractors and technicians and allocate daily work activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
- Prepare and maintain inspection requests, checklists, testing records, and site documentation.
- Coordinate with the design team for RFIs, technical clarifications,



and drawing revisions.
- Identify site issues, clashes, and variations and report them to the Project Manager.
- Monitor project progress and ensure electrical works are completed as per the approved schedule.
- Ensure proper quality, safety, and workmanship standards are maintained.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Maintain daily progress reports and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 10+years of relevant experience in electrical installation and MEP projects.
- Good knowledge of electrical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and site execution.
- Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors, technicians, and site activities.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and project quality requirements.
