Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer calls for US banking-related services.
- Provide professional customer support and resolve customer queries related to banking products, account services, and transactions, as per process guidelines.
- Understand customer concerns, identify the root cause, and provide accurate resolutions within defined timelines.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, communication, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), compliance guidelines, and data privacy requirements.
- Verify customer information and handle sensitive banking information securely.
- Document customer interactions, update records, and maintain accurate call logs in the system.
- Meet daily performance targets related to call quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and process adherence.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including US business hours, as per business requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification:



Graduates only.
- Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of experience in an International Contact Center (ICC).
- Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills with good fluency, pronunciation, comprehension, and customer-handling abilities.
- Operational Skills: Positive customer service orientation, call-handling skills, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and roster-based weekly offs.

Salary and Benefits

- CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA.
- Expected In-Hand Salary: Approximately 37k to 38k month, depending on the salary structure and applicable deductions.
- Working Days: 5 days a week.
- Weekly Offs: 2 roster-based offs.
- Shifts: Rotational shifts.
- Cab Facility: One-side cab facility.
- Location : Gurgaon
