Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain progress reports.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and bills of contractors/vendors.
- Plan and manage manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Resolve technical issues arising at the site and provide engineering solutions.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones within budget.
- Maintain proper documentation, site records, and project reports.
- Monitor RCC works, finishing works, structural activities, and related civil works.





Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3-6 years of experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects.
- Solid knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
- Good understanding of site safety practices and construction regulations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.
