- Instrumentation of on-premises and cloud applications across technologies with APM tools
- Build custom dashboards on APM tools such as Dynatrace/ DataDog/ Appdynamics to analyze behavior under load conditions.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and identify performance bottlenecks using profiling tools and log analysis.
- Prepare transparent and concise performance test reports, highlighting key findings, performance metrics and recommendations for stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of web technologies, protocols (HTTP,HTTPS, TCP/IP) and performance optimization techniques (caching, compression etc)
- Experience with performance testing of cloud enabled and cloud native applications
- Awareness of security testing concepts related to performance, such as DDoS mitigation, SSL/TLS configurations and secure API testing.
- Attention to details and experienced with working and driving global teams for test outcomes.
- Overall exp. needed is upto 6 to 8 years

- Two end-to-end insurance cloud transformation projects Implementation experience

- One end-to-end program implementation experience towards validating Operational Acceptance Testing outcomes such as Failover, Disaster recovery, Measuring RPO and RTO, Assessing stability and reliability through chaos testing
- Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering Concepts
- Experienced with building and training teams towards excellence
