Role & responsibilities
Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities as per production schedules.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining required quality and delivery standards.
- Monitor manpower, machine utilization, material availability, and production output.
- Handle production processes including stamping, welding, machining, and heat treatment.
- Monitor and reduce rejection, rework, scrap, and production downtime.
Preferred candidate profile
- Knowledge of press machines, dies, Material feeding, process parameters, and production control.
- Experience in stamping defects and corrective actions.
- Candidates from Press shop/Stamping industries prefrred
