Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at our manufacturing plant. The role involves employee relations, labour law compliance, contract workforce management, HR documentation, and coordination with plant operations to ensure smooth workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day plant HR operations, employee engagement, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Manage contractual and piece-rate workforce, including attendance, manpower deployment, and coordination with contractors.
- Coordinate with plant operations and business teams to address workforce-related concerns.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance data, and HR MIS reports.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on workforce planning and manpower-related requirements.




- Ensure timely completion of HR administrative activities and maintain accurate records.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Prior experience in Plant HR, Factory HR, or Manufacturing HR.
- Good knowledge of applicable labour laws, factory regulations, and statutory compliance.
- Fluency in Hindi and Kannada is mandatory.
- Experience managing contractual labour and piece-rate workforce.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and reporting.
- Solid communication, coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates with hands-on experience in manufacturing or factory environments and the ability to manage a large workforce are preferred. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with plant leadership, contractors, and employees to ensure effective HR operations.
