Cosma Fertility is an IIT Bombay-incubated womens health company. We make FertiGen, a non-hormonal fertility support device, and work with 90+ doctors. Warm leads come in daily; you turn them into consultations and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to every current lead on WhatsApp or call within 15 minutes
- Qualify leads and explain FertiGen and the doctor process in simple Hindi or English, honestly
- Book teleconsults, send reminders and ensure the patient attends
- Follow up after the consult, handle objections with empathy and close the sale
- Follow up quiet leads (Day 1, 3, 7, 14, 30) and drive cycle-2 renewals
- Update the CRM live and send an end-of-day report

Requirements

- Target-based experience converting inbound leads over calls and WhatsApp
- Fluent Hindi, conversational English; comfortable discussing fertility and womens health
- CRM discipline; basic WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets skills
- Based in Delhi NCR (Noida, Greater Noida, East Delhi, Ghaziabad preferred)
