What you'll do
- Lease retail space to brands, F&B; outlets and anchor tenants
- Prepare the leasing plan and tenant mix with management
- Negotiate term sheets, rentals and LOIs
- Manage brand and retailer relationships through to fit-out handover
What you bring
- 3–4 years in retail or mall leasing
- Strong contacts with retail brands and F&B; chains
- Sound knowledge of lease terms and commercial negotiation
- Valuable presentation and follow-up skills
