Qualification: Any Graduation Mandatory

Experience: Minimum 1-3 Year as Team Leader **On Paper Mandatory** Into Any International Banking.

Notice Period: 0-30Days

Key Requirements

Minimum 1-3 year of Team Leader experience on paper in an International Voice/Non Banking process.

* Experience managing a team of approximately 1520 members.

* Strong experience in team handling, performance management and daily operations.

* Good understanding of banking processes and customer service operations.

* Ability to manage escalations, drive team performance and meet process KPIs.

* Solid communication, leadership and people-management skills.
