- Drive team productivity through regular performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets and monitor achievement.
- Conduct daily operational reviews and strategy meetings with Team Leaders.
- Ensure adequate staffing, roster management, and workforce planning.
