Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and a passion for recruitment.
Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.




- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools.
