- Supervise and coordinate assembly line activities to meet daily production schedules.
- Lead, train, and motivate production operators and team leaders.
- Monitor production performance, efficiency, and output against established targets.

- Conduct regular quality checks and address production defects or non-conformities.
- Enforce workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage workforce allocation, shift schedules, attendance, and overtime requirements.
- Investigate and resolve production issues, equipment breakdowns, and process bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
