- Patient Flow & Waiting Times: Monitor patient movement across departments (front office, optometry, diagnostics, doctor consultation, counselling, billing, and pharmacy) to minimize delays and bottlenecks.
- Operations & Process Adherence: Ensure smooth daily functioning of branch healthcare workflows and adherence to hospital quality standards.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate closely with ophthalmologists, optometrists, nursing staff, billing desks, and support teams.
- Patient Relations & Escalations: Address patient inquiries, service feedback, and on-floor complaints or escalations promptly and professionally.
- Floor Discipline & Standards: Maintain floor cleanliness, patient comfort, organization, and a welcoming workplace.
