Experience

- Assistant Manager: 1-3 years post-qualification experience (PQE)

Qualification

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Qualified
- Robust academic record preferred
- Candidates from Big 4, Big 7, or reputed audit firms preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and execute statutory audit and assurance engagements across various industries.
- Perform audit planning, risk assessment, materiality determination, and engagement scoping.
- Conduct and review walkthroughs, substantive testing, analytical procedures, and control testing.
- Review financial statements in accordance with Ind AS, IFRS, and applicable accounting standards.
- Evaluate internal controls and identify business and process risks.
- Ensure compliance with Standards on Auditing (SA) and firm audit methodologies.




- Prepare and review audit workpapers and engagement documentation.
- Support group reporting, limited reviews, and other assurance assignments.
- Manage client relationships and coordinate directly with key stakeholders.
- Mentor, guide, and review the work of junior team members.
- Drive engagement quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of assignments.
