Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided leads.

- Introduce Merit Wing Tax LLC and explain our services clearly and professionally.

- Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.

- Follow up with interested prospects and schedule appointments.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely communication with prospects.

- Work towards assigned calling, lead-generation,



and performance targets.

Requirements

- Positive verbal communication skills in English.

- Confidence in speaking with prospective clients over the phone.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or spreadsheets.

- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable working night shifts to accommodate US business hours.

- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.
