Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Proposal Engineer with robust expertise in Instrumentation & Industrial Automation. The candidate will be responsible for preparing techno-commercial proposals, handling customer requirements, coordinating with technical & sales teams, and supporting industrial automation projects.

Experience - 2-5 Year

Location - Indore (M.P)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare techno-commercial proposals for Instrumentation & Automation projects/products

Study RFQs, tender documents, and technical specifications

Selection & sizing of transmitters, flow meters, control valves, PLC/SCADA components, etc.

Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for quotations & technical clarifications

Prepare BOM, costing, compliance sheets & proposal documents





Support sales team during technical discussions and client meetings

Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain records

Ensure timely submission of quotations and tender documents

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Industrial Instrumentation systems

Experience in technical proposals & costing

Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, control systems, sensors & field instruments

Ability to understand P&ID;, GA drawings & technical specifications

Good communication & coordination skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & proposal documentation
