Role & responsibilities:

- Lead and drive end-to-end SAP implementations and migrations (ECC / S/4HANA)
- Act as a functional lead across SAP projects, beyond just FICO
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP solutions
- Bring strong expertise in SAP FICO, while actively collaborating across MM/PP/SD/ PM etc
- Contribute to solution design, architecture discussions, and system structuring
- Play a key role in S/4HANA upgrades, migrations, and transformation programs
- Support pre-sales and solutioning discussions: Requirement gathering /Solution approach / Effort estimation
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team capability building
- Ensure successful execution across testing, UAT, and go-live

Preferred candidate profile:

- 3-9 years of experience in SAP consulting with a strong FICO background




- Proven experience in core SAP implementations (minimum 2-3 end-to-end projects)
- Solid hands-on expertise in:
- FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting)
- CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, COPA, Product Costing)

- Cross-module experience is critical (MM, SD, PP integrations)
- Experience in S/4HANA (implementation or migration)
- Exposure to SAP on cloud / public cloud environments (e.g., S/4HANA Cloud) is preferred
- Understanding of SAP licensing, migration strategies, and system architecture
- Ability to independently manage client conversations and solutioning discussions

Prior experience in leading teams or owning modules/projects
