Role & Responsibilities:

- Welcome walk-in customers and provide a premium, personalized shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable sculptures, souvenirs, and home dcor products.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Explain product features, craftsmanship, and gifting options to customers.
- Handle billing, POS operations, daily sales entries, and basic inventory coordination.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and premium display standards.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Support promotional activities, festive campaigns, and in-store events.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.





Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or showroom sales.
- Experience in jewellery, fashion, home dcor, lifestyle, or premium retail brands is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English. Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-handling abilities, and a sales-oriented mindset.
- Confident, presentable, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing/POS software.
- Ability to work towards sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
- Willingness to work weekends and during festive seasons, with rotational weekly offs.
- Candidates looking for a stable, long-term career in retail are preferred.
- Candidates residing in Chennai or nearby areas are preferred.

Education: Graduate or Diploma preferred

Job Location: Gandhi Nagar, Adyar, Chennai

Annual CTC: 2.7 LPA – 4 LPA, based on experience and interview performance
