Role & responsibilities

This is a finance role, the person who runs our books, budgets, and high volume of transactions (rent receipts, deposits, vendor/contractor payments, service charges) across all properties.

Key responsibilities:

1. Accounts payable & receivable, general ledger, journal entries

2. Monthly bank & GL reconciliations (no transaction missed)

3. Property budgets, forecasting, cash flow

4. Monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements for owners

5. Tax, audit & compliance (GST, TDS, statutory filings)
