Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced, well-connected Business Development professional with a strong PAN India corporate network and a proven track record of acquiring clients for Recruitment, Staffing and Payroll Services.

The ideal candidate must have established relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Procurement Teams, Business Owners and key decision-makers across industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Leverage an established PAN India network to generate qualified business opportunities.
- Acquire new corporate clients for recruitment, bulk hiring, contract staffing and payroll outsourcing.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and secure vendor empanelments with leading organizations.
- Independently generate leads, conduct business meetings, negotiate commercials and close high-value deals.
- Develop strategic partnerships and expand the company's client portfolio across India.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with clear revenue forecasts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly client acquisition, billing and revenue targets.




- Coordinate with internal recruitment and payroll teams to ensure successful service delivery and client retention.

Mandatory Requirements

- 610+ years of relevant B2B business development experience.
- Strong, active PAN India corporate network with access to potential clients and decision-makers.
- Proven experience in selling recruitment, staffing, manpower outsourcing or payroll services.
- Demonstrated ability to convert market relationships into signed agreements, active requirements and revenue.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, networking and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, take complete ownership and deliver measurable business results.
