Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ERP Associate to support the implementation, stabilization, and ongoing management of the ERP system across the organization. The role will act as a bridge between business users and the ERP implementation partner, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, configured, tested, and deployed.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, process orientation, stakeholder management skills, and a keen interest in business systems and technology.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation Support

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand, document, and map business processes across departments.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for the ERP vendor.
- Participate in process workshops, requirement discussions, and solution design sessions.
- Assist in defining workflows, approval hierarchies, business rules, and system configurations.




- Ensure alignment between business requirements and ERP capabilities.

Vendor Coordination

- Act as the primary coordination point between Brick2Wall and the ERP implementation partner.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Escalate implementation challenges and risks proactively.

Testing & Deployment

- Prepare test scenarios and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, and track system issues until resolution.
- Validate configurations and ensure system readiness before go-live.
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.

User Support & Training

- Provide first-level support to ERP users post-implementation.
- Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Create user guides, SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.
- Conduct user training sessions and support change management initiatives.

Continuous Improvement

- Monitor ERP adoption and recommend process improvements.
- Identify opportunities for automation and system optimization.
- Maintain system documentation, process maps, and knowledge repositories.
- Assist in future ERP modules, integrations, and enhancement projects.

Desired Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in ERP implementation, ERP support, business process mapping, or project coordination.
- Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, NetSuite, ERPNext, or similar systems.
- Exposure to manufacturing, operations, supply chain, finance, or business process environments will be advantageous.
