Job Description: US Tax C-Intern – Processor

Job Purpose:

Datamatics is hiring freshers and eligible candidates with a Commerce, Accounting, or Finance background for a project-based chance in US and Canadian taxation.

Educational Qualifications:

- B.Com / M.Com

- MBA Finance

- Freshers with an Accounting, Finance, or Commerce background

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and organize client documents.

- Assist in preparing US and Canadian individual and corporate tax returns.

- Work on tax forms 1040, 1120-S, 1041, 1065, T1, T2, and related schedules.

- Enter tax and financial data accurately into tax preparation software.

- Maintain financial statements and supporting documents.

- Use MS Excel, MS Office, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, and Xero.





- Understand relevant IRS and CRA tax regulations.

- Maintain quality standards and meet deadlines.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of Accounting, Finance, and Taxation.

- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Xero is preferred.

- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Willingness to learn US and Canadian tax processes.

Salary:

- as per company Std.

- Overtime allowance as per company policy.

Shift Timings:

- Female Candidates: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | 9:30 AM–6:00 PM

- Male Candidates: 3:30 PM–12:00 AM | 6:00 PM–2:30 AM
