Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with solid expertise in end-to-end IT recruitment and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, evaluating, and hiring IT professionals for contract, C2H, and permanent positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for contract, C2H, and permanent staffing requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, budget, and notice period.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, vendors, and clients.
- Manage candidate submissions, interview feedback, follow-ups, and offer negotiations.
- Work on C2H staffing requirements and coordinate with candidates regarding contract terms, conversion to permanent employment, and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and ATS/VMS records.
- Negotiate salaries,



bill rates, and joining dates within approved budgets.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining candidate quality.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 25 years of experience in IT recruitment and staffing.
- Hands-on experience in C2H staffing and contract recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT skills and technologies such as Java, .NET, SAP, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Testing, and Infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Boolean search, keyword sourcing, and resume screening.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
