Roles and Responsibilities Admission Counsellor

- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Explain course details, fees, batch timings, and admission procedures.
- Counsel students regarding competitive exam coaching programs such as TNPSC, Banking, SSC, RRB, TET, and other courses.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Build solid relationships with students and parents by addressing their queries.
- Provide timely information about course updates, new batches, and special offers.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Prepare daily reports on calls, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
- Ensure a positive student experience throughout the admission process





Preferred Candidate Profile Admission Counsellor

- Any graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates with experience in educational counselling, student admissions, telecalling, or sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Ability to understand students needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Good negotiation, follow-up, and lead conversion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle student and parent enquiries professionally.
- Willingness to work from the office and achieve admission targets.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
