Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator/ IT Administrator to independently manage, monitor, secure, and maintain the company's complete IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, servers, networking, and office IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, operating systems, and business software.
- Configure, manage, and monitor FortiGate firewalls and network security.
- Perform OS installation, configuration, updates, and patch management.
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Handle user accounts, access permissions, Microsoft 365, antivirus, and data backups.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, software licenses, and technical documentation.
- Support CCTV, biometric attendance systems, printers, and other office IT equipment.




- Provide timely technical support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
- Required Skills

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in IT Support / IT Administration / System Administration.
- Solid knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Practical experience configuring, managing, and monitoring FortiGate firewalls.
- Good knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Understanding of LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, routers, switches, and network security.
- Ability to troubleshoot independently, manage IT infrastructure, and support employees effectively.
- Preferred: Candidates who can independently manage end-to-end IT operations in an office environment.
