About the Role:

We are seeking a energetic and analytical Product Manager to join our team in Delhi NCR. In this role, you will be the core link between our clinical data and our field force. You will equip our sales teams with technical product expertise, drive strategic product launches, and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across both traditional and digital media.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Enablement & Training: Provide the field force with necessary technical and clinical expertise. Design and supply printed/electronic promotional materials, product training modules, and relevant clinical papers.
- Market Intelligence & Competitor Tracking: Regularly review product data and competitor movements to ensure the field sales force remains updated on all new medical and market developments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the first point of reference for all product-related technical enquiries. Work closely with Clinical Research and Regulatory Affairs teams to resolve queries.
- Product Launches & Market Share: Drive end-to-end product launches in coordination with public relations, executives, and product management.



Accompany Sales Managers to key customer meetings to boost market share.
- Data & Inventory Management: Maintain comprehensive patient databases on an All India, regional, state, and cost-center (CC) level. Prepare accurate product forecasts and monitor domestic/international inventory to ensure seamless supply lines.
- Market Research: Design and execute market research projects to gauge customer attitudes toward current and pipeline products (managing both in-house teams and external research agencies).
- Campaign & Digital Marketing: Assist in creating the annual marketing plan. Work closely with advertising agencies on journal ads, direct mail, and conferences. Promote products via digital channels while optimizing the company website.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: B. Pharma / M. Pharma / B.Tech (Biotechnology/Bio-medical preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar product management or medico-marketing role within a Pharmaceutical Company.
- Travel: High willingness to travel across regions as per company and business requirements.
