Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare accurate and timely client bills, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Conduct thorough rate analysis to determine project costs, identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage subcontractor billing processes, including negotiating rates, tracking progress, and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing-related queries and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in engineering & construction industry as a Billing Engineer or similar role.
- Robust understanding of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) preparation and management.
- Proficiency in client billing software applications such as [insert specific software].
