Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate MEP project activities and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and consultants.
- Review MEP drawings and assist in resolving coordination issues.
- Follow up on material requirements, project schedules, and site updates.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination between departments.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.

2. MEP Design Engineer

Job Location: Edappally, Kochi
Experience:



Minimum 1 year
Salary: 17,000 25,000 per month

Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Prepare and modify MEP layouts, drawings, and design documents.
- Develop drawings for electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems as applicable.
- Review architectural and structural drawings for proper MEP integration.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Incorporate revisions and maintain updated drawings.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of MEP drawings and design principles.
- Understanding of electrical, plumbing, or firefighting systems.
- Good technical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
