Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct research activities in API synthesis, organic synthesis, and CRD (Chemical Research Department).
- Develop new chemical entities through innovative approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in literature search, patent analysis, and technical writing tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or CRO/CDMO organization.
- MS/M.Sc(Science) degree from a reputed university with robust background in Organic Chemistry.
- Strong understanding of chemistry principles, including organic synthesis, reaction mechanisms, and spectroscopy techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
