Job Locations & Salary Details:

1.Noida

- Process: Voice Process
- Freshers: Up to 18,000 CTC + Incentives
- Experienced Candidates: Up to 25,000 CTC + Incentives

2.Gurgaon

- Process: Voice Process
- Experience Required: Minimum 6 months
- Salary: Up to 25,000 CTC + Incentives

Job Details

- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Female Candidates: Day Shift
- Other Shifts: Rotational shifts with rotational week-offs
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Interview Mode: Walk-in Interview

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.




- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
