2. Overview

This document defines the scope of work for L2 level AV and Passive Network Infrastructure support at DICV Oragadam Plant to ensure reliable workplace collaboration systems and structured cabling infrastructure.

3. Scope of Work L2 Support

AV Infrastructure Support:

- Troubleshooting of complex AV issues (VC systems, display panels, audio systems)
- Configuration and support of video conferencing systems
- Coordination with OEM vendors for escalations and replacements
- Preventive maintenance of AV systems across meeting rooms and shopfloor locations

Passive Network Infrastructure Support:

- Troubleshooting structured cabling issues (LAN, fiber, patch panels)
- Rack and patch panel management
- Network cabling fault isolation and rectification
- Coordination with network (L3) teams for escalation support

4. Support Coverage

- Onsite L2 Support: 9x5 (Business hours)
- Extended Support: On-call or 24x7 for critical incidents
