Role & responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Explain the company's elevator and lift products and services over the phone.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and service requirements.
- Maintain records of customer details, calls, and follow-up activities.
- Handle customer queries professionally and coordinate with the sales and service teams.
- Schedule appointments and customer meetings when required.
- Achieve daily calling targets and support the company's sales activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Knowledge of Rajasthani or other local languages will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Good communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage
