Role & responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and process GST invoices, e-invoices, e-way bills, and credit/debit notes.
- Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance in coordination with the CA.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, outstanding payments, vendor bills, and customer follow-ups.
- Perform bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and monthly account closing.
- Maintain records of expenses, cash flow, and financial transactions.
- Prepare outstanding reports, payment follow-up statements, and other MIS reports.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, banks, and the company's CA for accounting-related matters.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Preferred candidate profile





- 5-10 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a private limited company.
- Positive working knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, taxation, and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Experience in handling vendor payments, customer collections, bank reconciliation, and outstanding accounts.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, honesty, and the ability to maintain financial confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
