ole & responsibilities

Review tender documents and verify compliance with internal quality standards.

Conduct pre-submission checks for accuracy, completeness, and formatting.

Track deviations, risks, and ensure alignment with tendering SOPs.

Coordinate with Bid Managers to ensure timely receipt of all required documents.

Maintain documentation records, templates, and quality checklists.

Ensure consistency in technical/commercial submissions across all bids. Support process improvements and contribute to strengthening tendering QA frameworks.

Co-ordinate with Marketing team to draw critical checkpoints & enhance bid quality.

Preferred candidate profile

Robust understanding of tendering workflows, documentation standards, and compliance.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.

Organized, systematic, and capable of managing multiple submissions under deadlines.

Exposure to Domestic as well as International Tendering.
