Job Description Plant Incharge

Role & responsibilities -

- Responsible for monitoring of all orders and dispatches.
- Ensuring discipline and adherence to company policies by all team members.
- Ensuring complete usage of WMS & TMS applications within agreed timelines.
- Responsible for conducting activity audits, identifying risks involved in operations, and sharing reports with superiors.
- Responsible for training team members and implementation of revised or current QMS processes
- Responsible for achievement of EHS objectives, compliance & statutory matters as per guideline.
- Responsible to record every Non-Conformities in NC log as well as every service complaint in complaint log and develop appropriate CAPA for same.
- Responsible for ensuring record keeping as per SOP: control of records
- Liaisoning & coordinating with the principal company and internal team for all operational and administrative matters.

Preferred candidate profile -

Candidate should have at least 2-3 year of experience in supervisory or team handling role in manufacturing/plant.

Skills - Inventory control, Safety compliance, 5S, Basic Excel.

Qualification Any Graduation.
