We are looking for a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team at United HR Solutions Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing instructional materials, with a strong background in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Roles and Responsibility

- Design and develop high-quality instructional materials, including course content, assessments, and evaluations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Develop and implement instructional strategies aligned with adult learning principles and industry best practices.
- Create storyboards, scripts, and other visual aids to support the development of training programs.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions.




- Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional designs and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

- Robust knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and e-learning development.
- Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Lectora.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in instructional design and e-learning development.
