Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Windows Driver Validation Contract Engineer to support validation and qualification activities for Embedded and x86 platforms. The engineer will be responsible for validating Windows device drivers, executing test plans, performing root-cause analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and customer readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Validate Windows device drivers across Embedded and x86 platforms.
- Execute feature, regression, interoperability, stress, and reliability testing.
- Develop validation plans and test cases.
- Analyze failures and perform root-cause investigations.
- Support plat form bring-up, qualification, and production-readiness activities.
- Develop automation using Python and PowerShell.
- Track and drive defect closure.
- Collaborate with Driver Development, BIOS, Firmware, Silicon Validation, QA, and Product Engineering teams.





Required Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of Windows driver validation experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
- Experience with Ethernet, Graphics, USB, PCIe, Audio, or Storage drivers.
- Knowledge of WinDbg, Driver Verifier, Event Viewer, crash dump analysis.
- Python and automation experience.
- Understanding of x86 architecture, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, Storage, ACPI, and BIOS/UEFI.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Embedded or Automotive platform validation.
- Contemporary Standby and power management validation.
