Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation, configuration, and adoption of SAP Signavio solutions across
enterprise customers.
Facilitate business process discovery, modeling, analysis, and optimization workshops
with business and IT stakeholders.
Design and maintain enterprise-wide process repositories, governance frameworks, and
process standards.
Leverage SAP Signavio Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Journey Modeler,
and Collaboration Hub to drive process excellence initiatives.
Support SAP S/4HANA transformation programs through process assessment, fit-gap
analysis, and process harmonization.
Develop process dashboards, KPIs, reporting, and analytics to measure business
performance and improvement opportunities.
Conduct process mining and process performance analysis to identify bottlenecks and
optimization areas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business units, and leadership stakeholders to
define transformation roadmaps.




Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project teams.
Ensure best practices and governance standards are followed throughout the process
transformation lifecycle.

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite.
Proven expertise in:
oSAP Signavio Process Manager
oProcess Intelligence
oCollaboration Hub
oJourney Modeler
oProcess Governance
Solid understanding of Business Process Management (BPM), Process Mining, and
Process Optimization methodologies.
Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation and business process redesign
initiatives.
Knowledge of SAP ecosystem, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP Intelligent
Enterprise solutions.
Experience in business transformation, process excellence, and enterprise-wide process
governance initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
