Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Contact potential customers and generate new sales leads.
- Explain product specifications, sizes, pricing, and features to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers to convert inquiries into orders.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and follow-up details.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with the team regarding orders, payments, and dispatches.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and Gujarati; English is an added advantage.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Previous experience in sales or telecalling is preferred, but freshers can also apply.
- A positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
