We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele-Sales Executives to promote our solar installation services, generate leads, and convert potential customers into business opportunities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar panel installation services.
- Explain the benefits of solar energy, electricity bill savings, and government subsidies, subject to eligibility.
- Generate leads for residential and commercial solar installations.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements, including electricity consumption and monthly electricity bills.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and technical site visits.
- Maintain customer details, calling records, and follow-up schedules.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
- Eligibility & Required SkillsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
- Confident and polite telephone communication.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Ability to handle customer queries and follow up regularly.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or solar sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Salary & BenefitsMonthly Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹15,000, depending on skills and experience.
