- Should know 4 wheeler driving and possess valid TR license
- Plan and coordinate transportation of event equipment such as LED TVs, laptops, projectors, projector screens, small audio speakers, and other event materials.
- Manage delivery, installation, setup, and pickup of all equipment for exhibitions and events.
- Prepare and manage dispatch schedules based on confirmed event orders and timelines.
- Ensure timely delivery and setup of equipment at exhibition venues according to event requirements.
- Be present at the venue during setup and dismantling to ensure smooth execution.
- Quickly resolve logistics or technical issues during events to avoid delays or disruptions.
- Coordinate with transport vendors, installation teams, and event coordinators for smooth event operations.
- Ensure all equipment is properly packed, checked, and returned safely after event completion.
