Job Description: Customer Support Associate (CSA)Process: Inbound & Outbound Operations

Shift: Rotational shifts (24/7 operations)

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries, complaints and service-related issues.
- Make outbound calls for order updates, pending follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Achieve performance targets for quality, productivity and resolution.
- Follow shift schedules, break timings and operational guidelines.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good English communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Salary: ₹15,000 + ₹2,000 incentive per month (up to ₹17,000).
